The Mortelle series: an ongoing collaboration between artist Skye Nicolas and Marlon Richards, presented by United Creators and Jules Kirby celebrated its opening reception at ION Studio NYC on February 13th 2009 to overwhelmingly positive reviews.

The event was attended and covered by an array of media: Clear Magazine, Scallywag and Vagabond, Nolcha Fashion, Professional Rock Stars, Pop!Talk, Guest of a Guest, Kenneth Cole Awareness, 2DreamArtists, the singer and Grammy-winner Estelle and other creative visionaries and supporters of Art, Fashion and Design. Skye Nicolas' artwork front and center, the venue was packed wall to wall for the special fashion week occasion. The party continued long into the small hours of the night with special guests like Oscar nominee Mickey Rourke, thanks to our gracious hosts and friends at Bijoux and our liquor sponsor Ciroc Ultra Premium Vodka.

With this successful opening and significant ongoing collector interest for Skye Nicolas' work, United Creators is dedicated to advancing visual artists in upcoming projects, and in collaboration with our Art loving alliances, look forward to presenting further opportunities for art exhibition, appreciation and celebration.

Celebrating our new venues at Bang & Olufsen on Madison Avenue NYC (opposite the Whitney Museum) and the New York Design Center, the exhibition is focused on exploring the moment of stillness that occurs in times of great turmoil. At this moment, the past is distinctly separated from the future and a new course is set. This point of change, the tipping point between two poles is at the heart of DELTA NEW. This exhibit runs concurrently in New York, Istanbul and Frankfurt.
